On Saturday, November 3, the APT-DC and APT-Delaware Valley Chapters will be co-sponsoring a half day workshop focused on the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs a.k.a. “drones”) for heritage documentation and investigation. Presenters will include Global Air Media of Baltimore, Vertical Access of NY & DC, and Historic Building Architects of Trenton, NJ.

Learn techniques to maintain and repair Philadelphia Row House from experienced professionals. A panel of speakers from the Historic Commission and L&I will also be present to discuss and answer questions on how to go about permitting, inspecting, and getting repairs and alterations approved by the City.
This symposium will be valuable to both professionals and homeowners in learning how to deal with common problems in row house construction and how to make them more energy efficient.
