Symposia
Since its founding in 1984, the Delaware Valley Chapter has organized day-long or multi-day symposia for the exchange of preservation technology knowledge, often drawing presenters and attendees from beyond the chapter’s region. The following list was compiled for the chapter’s 40th anniversary celebration in 2024; we regret any omissions and invite contributions of missing events and additional records here.
In addition to the programs linked below, articles based on selected presentations from the Iron and Steel symposia between 1999 and 2009 were published in two special issues of APT Bulletin: The Journal of Preservation Technology, Vol. 43, No. 4 (2012) and Vol. 45, No. 1 (2014).
