Please join us for an Insider’s Tour of the ongoing restoration of the University of Pennsylvania’s first dormitory building.
Built in multiple phases from 1895 to 1959, the building consists of multiple connected “Houses” constructed primarily of brick with limestone ornament, with slate and copper roofs. The building has undergone a multi-year phased renovation to update and renew dormitory rooms, facilities, and amenity spaces. Members of the design and construction teams will lead the tour.
