For nearly three decades, Justin has helped clients solve problems on projects involving historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and repair and maintenance of existing buildings. At Axiom Project Development Services, he integrates wide-ranging experience in design and construction management to facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration and deliver value to project owners at every phase from conceptualization through operations and maintenance. Justin has taught preservation-related courses at Johns Hopkins University and at the University of Pennsylvania and served as Publications Co-Chair of APT International from 2015 to 2020. He is a licensed professional engineer in ten states, an APT Fellow, and an APT Recognized Professional.
